She Ready Foundation and MYNDZ Resources are teaming up to collect 1000 pieces of luggage for youth impacted by foster care.

WE NEED YOUR HELP!!!

Here’s a little about who we are:

She Ready Foundation inspires, protects, and provides resources for youth impacted by foster
care. MYNDZ Resources empowers disadvantaged communities with mental health support
and financial services. Together we’re making sure youth impacted by foster care no longer
carry their belongings in trash bags but have luggage they can use along the journey of life.

On April 17 th we are asking you to bring a new piece of luggage to CAL EXPO at 1600 Exposition
Blvd. Sacramento, CA 95815. You can drop off the luggage at any time before May 7th, but this is
our main collection day where you’ll meet representatives from She Ready Foundation and
MYNDZ Resources.

On April 17th we’ll pack the luggage with “comfort items” that we’ve sourced from donors. This
includes hygiene products, stuffed toys, blankets, socks and other donated items. You can sign
up to volunteer for this project here.

Help ensure we have 1000 pieces of luggage by donating $50 or provide other essential resources that youth in foster care may need:
