Tiffany Haddish knows all too well what it’s like to move from place to place in the middle of the night with all of her belongings packed in garbage bags feeling like the world has forgotten about her. That’s why she created She Ready Foundation to inspire, protect and provide resources for youth impacted by foster care.

She Ready Foundation serves as the voice of foster children suffering in silence. Adapting the belief of its’ founder that, "Every child who is removed from their parents deserves to have a suitcase, a safe place to lay their head, and a platform to follow their dreams.” She Ready Foundation aspires to help make this happen through collaborative partnerships.

Tiffany Haddish & Jo Koy take center stage leading our Prom Court, bringing their signature energy, humor, and heart to the She Ready 2025 Soul Train Prom. Just like Soul Train celebrated culture, self-expression, and community, they embody the spirit of joy, resilience, and empowerment.

As champions of laughter and leaders of change, Tiffany and Jo represent the essence of the night—lifting others up, inspiring dreams, and proving that every young soul deserves to shine. Their Prom Court is about the legacy of love, laughter, and a groove that never stops.

Our annual PROM is all about making a real difference in the lives of foster youth in California.

Tiffany Haddish is your host for the evening, bringing together a fantastic line-up of Hollywood stars and changemakers.

This year we’re celebrating in Soul Train style, honoring exceptional individuals and entertainers who aspire to She Ready Foundation's mission.

Funds raised will empower kids and young adults through job skills programs, scholarships, and resources, breaking generational cycles for a life-changing journey!

The Beehive is the nation’s first campus for Opportunity Zone Businesses. It is SoLa Impact's OZ business campus, comprised of 92,000 square feet of commercial space located only ten minutes south of downtown Los Angeles; with six unique and architecturally beautiful red-brick warehouses.

She Ready Foundation is happy to host our third year of Prom in partnership with The Beehive team in their newly renovated Depot.

EDEN ALPERT

Eden Alpert is a distinguished restaurateur, entrepreneur, and philanthropist with a deep-rooted passion for music, hospitality, and social impact. As the business and managing partner of Herb Alpert’s Vibrato Grill, Los Angeles’ premier jazz and dining destination, she continues her father’s legacy of excellence in the arts and community engagement.

Though Eden’s time in the foster care system was brief, the experience left an indelible mark on her heart. Her dedication to foster youth is evident through her work with the Herb Alpert Foundation and Vista Del Mar, which provides trauma-responsive services that empower children, youth, and families across Southern California.

We are honored to recognize Eden Alpert as a 2025 She Ready Foundation Honoree for her unwavering commitment to uplifting and advocating for foster youth, ensuring they have the support and opportunities to thrive.

This award was designed recognizing one who initiates and implements holistic care for the welfare of our children. The recipient shows us how impacting larger societal issues and direct involvement with parents and leaders, positively affects children on a greater scale.

Francois Reihani is a dedicated entrepreneur, philanthropist, and advocate for foster youth. Born in Los Angeles and raised between the U.S. and Mexico, he has seamlessly blended his passion for hospitality with a deep commitment to social impact. In 2019, he founded La La Land Kind Cafe and the La La Land Foundation, creating meaningful employment and mentorship opportunities for youth aging out of the foster care system.

Under Francois' leadership, La La Land Kind Cafe has grown to 20 locations across Texas and California, with ongoing expansion fueled by a strong community of support. His mission to spread kindness has inspired transformative programs that empower and uplift foster youth.

We are honored to recognize Francois Reihani as our 2025 Champion of Love Award Recipient at She Ready Foundation’s A Night Under the Stars Annual Prom for his unwavering dedication to changing lives through love and leadership.
