All "Donation of Time" requests require a five suitcase (carry-on size) donation.

Video requests require an additional $150 donation for a cameraman.

Tiffany Haddish public appearance requests require a Federal Donation Form to be filled out by your companies Human Resources Department donation of time billed at $10,000/hr.
