​Interns are also enrolled in our Life Leadership Academy to develop job, career, and life skills.  As a first-time intern, participants enter through our ACCESS program which is the initial level of learning. Once initiated through ACCESS, youth are eligible for lifelong learning through our ELEVATE portion of Life Leadership Academy—a continuation of lessons to advance and grow through.

Life Leadership Academy: This year-round program takes youth through a foundational life skills curriculum to develop and grow job, career, and life skills. We recognize the unique challenges transition-age youth face and understanding the gaps, we provide career and vocational training as well as essential life skills. Our mission is to open young people’s minds to creativity and collaboration while providing the technical proficiency and preparation they need to enter future careers. We ensure a supportive and enriching environment, nurturing the next generation.​
